Rabies Awareness Month 路 SeptemberSAVERS
During Rabies Awareness Month, SAVERS led the Rabies-Free Pakistan Initiative, delivering awareness activities across Lahore and Muzaffargarh. Four school visits educated students on rabies prevention and animal welfare, while awareness reels in 11 languages helped spread these important messages to communities nationwide.
Dr. Abdul Haseeb contributed as an active participant, accounting for 149 of the 386 animals vaccinated across partner camps.
School Sustainability VisitTheRecycleRoots
The Recycle Roots team visited a local educational institution to inspire students about sustainability and creative reuse. Interactive sessions and hands-on activities encouraged students to become the next generation of eco-warriors. Students painted recycled plastic bottles into vibrant planters, learned why reducing waste and eco-friendly practices matter, and planted small plants in those planters to symbolize the growth of greener habits.
